can't connect to DUW with hyper terminal

Hi All,

I have a problem with hyper terminal and DUW,i can connect to RBS 3000 series easily with Hyperterminal but when i tried with DUW and RBS6601 it didnt connect at all can anyone please tell me how can i connect or if there is a hidden thing or anything i should change please send it to me i use the normal connection of the 3000 series .. waiting your feedback ASAP

I connected to it i changed the interface between the USB to serial and the RJ female :)
