More information.
MTP850 programmed with CPS Plus, when the power went out.
Radio can not longer power on, but can connect via USB or serial interface.
CPS reports that the radio has to be recovered.
I have needed RPK file and codeplug.
Do I need a special cable or program for recovery?

I have Z19 and CPS, but I can`t recover it,
guys told me that I must have Depot CPS!?

For recovering you do not need depot, what you need is the backup of radio codeplug and radio software inside of TetraCPS.
Then, when CPS see the radio it will try to recover it.
Smart way is to do upgrade or downgrade the radio software, this step put all stuff on right place inside of radio flash memory.

I think the radio is damaged. Inside of TetraCPS is codeplug and appropriate .rpk.

So "Recover Radio" can't help?
You can try Automatic Recover Radio from non plus version of old TetraCPS.

Depot function called "Write Entire Codeplug" is what you need.
