I have worked on AToll AFP with ******** equipment and network. As I know, one of the main tasks is to get the input data from OMC-R.

Please someone here upload your documents on OMC-R system of ********: configurations, performance management data, and supported statistical data and format.

(For example, how to get information about the Interference Matrix from OMC-R for Atoll AFP?)

I believe ******** has some propriety tools to extract the live data from its BTS. This data will later be processed by this tools to get the necessary information to feed into the frequency planning tool. Try google more information for Intelligent Optimisation System (IOS) or Intelligent Design for Growth Planning (IDGP) for more information.
