Guys:

I can provide HW PC Alg 2, for 3 we dont actually have complete docs in english(as per I know). Also I am not sure what u mean by HO III. We only have one HO alg that has been modified in BSC6000 when compared with BSC 32. If you want it plz let me know and give some time. I shall upload it.:)
