error while lading logfile

after 1 week that i instaled actix when i want to loade tems log file , there is an error which sayes that "the log file can not be loaded it may be corrupted" but when i uninstall and then reinstall the actix it is ok and i can load my lo file
whats the problem?

may be it was an error in your previous installation....nothing more
