Hi All,

Here is the interesting link to know about the battery consumption for LTE services..

http://gigaom.com/mobile/volte-calls-consumer-twice-the-power-of-2g-voice-calls/

FYI
MetroPCS is the only U.S. operator with a live VoLTE service (http://gigaom.com/mobile/metropcs-enters-the-voip-age-who-will-be-next/) and a commercially available handset.
The 1540 milliamp hour (mAh)-battery on Metro’s sole VoLTE handset, the LG Connect 4G (http://www.lg.com/us/cell-phones/lg-MS840-connect4g), also lines up with the battery capacity of the device Spirent tested.

There are two slides with graphs about the Mean current drain in mA.(just one page)

Dont forget to click thanks & rep ..

Thanks & Regards
Mahe
