Anyway attached here a great document for RAN 10 but it could be usefull also for RAN 13 Vendor is Huawei( just few MML commands have been changed )

I try to add you the reputation, but I cann't. The system inform me like this "You must spread Reputation around before giving it to Handover24 again". I don't know why ? Thank you for document.
