is there a command that can be used to see it without measurement using site-master?

No. it is not possible. You would have to use Remote OMT to get the VSWR value.

You can see that value only locally, with the OMT tool, when you are in that tool seeing the RBS diagram, right click on RBSXXXX, for example RBS2106i, then MONITOR, at this point you'll get POWER and VSWR too. Regards,

vswr value can be seen throw OMT, but only if the cell is enabled. if the trx is off you can't see the vswr values.
