Hi! There are few counters in E// to start with, such as:
pmNoIuSigEstablishAttemptCs: Number of Iu signaling connection setup attempts towards the CS domain.
pmNoIuSigEstablishSuccessCs:Number of successful Iu signaling connection setups towards the CS domain.
