The data are 3 arcsec corrected by the University of Constanza
for USA:

download srtm which u want..and convert to DEM using global mapper ;)

1. download SRTM

2. open srtm with global mapper

3. export to DEM


4. you can also export to ATDI ICS terrain .geo

Can any one provide/tell me how to get (download) clutter maps (*.grc format) also or is there a conversion method

i will upload the DEM files for the whole world later if anyone are intrested

I think you can do it with Vertical Mapper.
