Is there a way to turn on an RF Signal in an RRH that is connected to a DUL. Can this be done with Element Manager or Moshell? I am interested in viewing the RF Spectrum , in a lab environment.

Providing you have commisioned the site correctly and the cabling is ok, you just need to unlock the cell and it will start radiating. This can be done via the element manager.
