SF32 decrease but SF128 increase - R99Payload decrease

Hi all..

Need your info.. I found out thatPS payload under 1RNC is decreasing but HSDPA is stable.

The issue is, that Traffic SF32 decrease and SF128 increase within the same time..

I've tried to find, what parameter which globally triggered this issue.. I check CFGMML before and after issue, no different at all..

Any idea?
