AMR _HALF RATE

we are using ******** systems. Does implementing Half rate , will reduce rxlevel and by the way quality of the network. optimal values for threshold and hysteresis may be suggested

AMR to the best of my knowledge is mainly used for speech quality and capacity planning....i really can't see any relation with Rx_lev

Exactly, there is no relation between AMR half rate and RxLev
AMR is a codec adaptation (protection) against bad radio quality
