Helpdesk Officers for Operations in Dubai

Dear,

We are seeking Helpdesk Officers for Operations in Dubai for a Large Telecoms Organization. The helpdesk Officer shall be responsible for the overall Helpdesk function on behalf of the Site Support Manager and for necessary escalations of performance issues, furthermore

1. You will report directly to the Site Support Manager.
2. Must ensure that all site Engineers attend their Shifts and assigned service calls as per the SLA and are trained to the required levels.
3. A good grounding of extensive live network environments supporting live operations is essential
4. Able to handle a wide range of Networking equipment.

Salary – Competitive (All Inclusive rate)
Duration – 6 months+
Start - ASAP
