Dear all,
I do not understand some operations when i calculate the RMS_DL_TimingAdvance_avg_per_RxLevel indicator from OMCR counters (Alcatel 2G). The formula as the pictures below:

Can you explain me meaning of some operations (or Functions) such as: SumProduct_RowN(); ObjSelectionList(); M_TDIV(); MATRIX(); Total_Row(); M_ROUND(); MATRIX_ROW()...?
