You can use Report Generator function of Tems investigation.
It's better if you use Actix to analysis Tems logfile.

Hi! You may export it to file using IEs "RLC DL Throughput", "RLC UL Throughput" and "HS Phy Served Throughput" respectively.

You may use excel to calculate the min, max or average value.
If you use Actix it can auto calculation those parameters.
