Hi,
the tool is MapInfo plugin, showing with symbols position of BTS and bearing of sectors, can check frequency plan and neighbour plan ... can display BCCH,TCH, neighbour relations, KPI statistics if you want ... CDR, CSSR ... by using of thematic maps ...
Also I use this opportunity to ask colleagues about rating of similar tools ... as far as I know 9 tools are doing similar stuff ... i.e.
I must admitt, I admire all the guys who developed it for RF community ...

Yes Apo7 is right.. MCOM is better for E// network.

i think sitesee is a basic tool to create the cell sectors....so far i have been using MCOM regards any radio network vendor.

but the folder that you attached has any example or help file .
and another question
i have mcom.exe and mcom.mbx
due to windows syetm (windows vista )the mocm.exe doenst work on my system ,but regarding mcom.mbx
when i prepate the data doesnt accept for importing and alarm of error data appeared .
please adviceme me and if you can send me or attached here some example data for GSM system

We are using MIPT here for planning as well as optimization.i shall give smal discription of TOOls which we found to be good for planning.

MIPT----symbol data base, Neighbor loaded in vertical format.smooth for planning.
GTOOL---Easier for Neighbor planning purpose.

Hello,
I have one problem while trying to work with piano 5.3:
1. I open BTS file in mapinfo
2. Open table for HO
3. Load HO table
it is writing that HO file loaded and after pressing "OK" it tells me "Map redraws are suspended" (see attached)

Can somebody tell me what is the problem?
