I think this is just to Make Cell in .Tab easily, not depend on system 2G/3G,
you can try combine 2g3g in the template, and run it.

Yes, use MapInfo 8.5, add tools from Tool Manager, or use this tool.

please could you send some better explanation , additional document ... not just for presenting location of sites but also for handling of neighbours and the rest ...

I made BTS table and added columns for related KPI statistics , created sectors and sectors coloured according to statistics, but wanna see them in colours according to value-colours legend also in GoogleEarth , is it possible to do ? Is it possible to transfer thematic map in some way to GoogleEarth , or just .tab is possible ? Can I somehow get sectors with beamwidth coloured with statistical KPI data according to rule/legend in GoogleEarth using MapInfo2Google ?
