Hi you Need to Install Chinese Language then COntrol panel-->Regional and Language OPtions--->languages-->Install Files for east asia languages...

after installing then you have to go to COntrol panel-->Regional and Language OPtions--->advanced---->Chinese(prc)--->cLICK OK

is it protected, alreay installed east asia lang, selected chinese prc, but no progress
