Cannot define external cell

Hi Experts,

Some External OMC cells cannot be added as neighbor to an internal cell.
Relationship to be defined, Internal Cell --> External Cell.
One-way outgoing.
Does anyone experience this on ALU network?

Hi,

There is a limitation on the incoming neigbor that can be created with an external cell/BSC which is 64 relations per BSC. check if you are respecting this rule.
