Thanks for the quick reply, even typing it in doesn't work. I've seen where different default languages in Windows when encrypting zip files can cause the PW to not work for other users (English GB vs English US vs English Canada), it's usually due to the underscore or other non-alpha character

yes, it is! , I test it with Sierra Wireless Aircard USB 308, HUAWEI e173, ZTE MF190 and ZTE MF631 DataCards, all of them as Qualcomm device.
