Kindly advice me on possible causes of 'connection error' in NSN 2G/3G network when originating a call.

Dear Bro,

Network busy is mainly due to unavailability of TS allocation when a mobile tries to make a call, Check for any TCH congestion in that cell
If there is no TCH congestion try to give a hard reset to the site and then check it if still persists then kindly send a team to the site and keep trace on that number at the switch end and check the live what kind of error is coming when he is trying to call
As i faced a issue when ever the user tries to call it shows n/w busy or connection error but back end due to issue in switch config issue it shows connection error.
I mean to say they have to do module balancing for the trunk capacity if all the sites are loaded in one particular side then those calls will fail at the initial stage without getting the allotment
