i got found so many valuable materials on actix on this site. I still having somw basic doubts. Writing your own queries. for example to identify BCCH inreference. i want to effective uti;ization of scanner measurements. Example. Call on hop, Rxqual>5, how to write query.

You don't need to get premium account to upload with unlimited download times. You just make a user account in Free Zone then login in Collector's Zone login.
