Check if Neighboring LAIs, CGIs are defined in both MSCs. Check if the Hand Over number is correctly configured.

Dear,

Try to do a trace Call first, I mean coordinates to trace a call while doing a DriveTest between cells belonging to these BSCs

i have checked with MSC guy and confirm that all neighboring LAIs and CGIs have been configured in both MSCs but i have not understood about this term ' handover number' how do you configure it.mshikaji.

Dear,
i we have all external LAC parameters in place, there is no problem with this, after some drive tests one we have realized that these handovers very rarely happened and on top of that they occur very late after dragging cell too much.

Dear,

For cells presenting the problem, may be, it is necessary to adjust the frequencies of cover of the corresponding BTS
to avoid Overlapping of the frequencies. (This task is done by BSS Guy).
