u can try this parameter EbNo_SRB34 from 8 to 10, this supposed to decrease DCR_R99 ;)

Hii All,

you for RU20 u can activate the RRC re-establishment for RT , should enhance the Voice DCR significantly!

could you, please, explain in more details where to find this parameter?
i tried search in NED and found only this parameter "EnNoDCHOfSRB34" aka "Planned Eb/N0 of the SRB3.4 DCH (dB)" (The parameter defines the value of the planned Eb/N0 for the DCH which transfers the signalling radio bearer of the data rate 3.4 kbps).
is this the one?

do you guys have any guides for RU20? if so, please share.
