Hi Experts,
Its quite confusing as in many documents including ALEX it is written that Ue will do
cell selection after dedicated mode DCH_state to idle mode.
Logically it should just read system information and if LAC/RAC is different a normal LAC/RAC update (cell reselection) should be performed. If anyone have a solid technical reason please share.
