We are about to lunch WCDMA.. I have some queries.....

1. R99 is mandatory to deploy for WCDMA ...we want to deploy HSPA+
2. What will be defference among them?
3. HSPA+ cover HSDPA/HSUPA...

It depend on how many frequency points you have.
If you have 1 F.P. you can develop "R99+HSDPA" strategy:
Run R99 - you will get 384 k per user. UL and DL.
+HSDPA license - you will get 14.4 M per user in DL.
+HSUPA license - you will have HSUPA and about 2M in UL
+HSDPA+ license - you will have HSDPA+ and about 28M in DL.

R99 will be the base technology. When you implement R7 HSPA+, the network will be backward compatible with HSUPA and HSDPA of previous releases. HSPA+ in R7 will give a theoretical 21 Mbps DL with Higher Order Modulation (64-QAM), and 28 Mbps DL with MIMO. Most operators have gone with the former option.
