i tried to find firmware for Tems Pocket Xperia, can anyone guide use where we can find it

It cannot be found anywhere apart from sonyericsson updater, however to update phone you should already have tems firmware in phone, otherwise it will not work

May be if your phone is rooted then just use the ROM Manager to dump the whole file system out.
