TFO and AMR_FR activation

Hi All,
is there anybody to share the parameters and his values for TFO and AMR_FR activation in b11?
We tried to activate this features but we observed strange problems...
After the TFO and AMR-FR activation, the UL and DL numbers of quality handovers and noisy call with bad FER increased.
First we activated TFO, but after AMR_FR activation the TFO success decrease. May be our settings are not correct ??
After the AMR-FR activation, we received the users complains related to conversation.
They complains that, few seconds after start the conversation the user stop to hear the other side( like a mute call) and should be make a new call...
In problem cells we tried just to disable the EN_AMR_FR and the problems does not occurs ??
Did you have any idea about our problems?

I think that there is no obvious practical benefit from using TFO feature

it's benefits is only located in the documents ;)

please is there somebody to share correct settings for AMR-FR and TFO activation in B11?
Did you use DTX when AMR is active? I ask you for setting because there are a lot of customers complaints but we can't find solution for them :((
