Dear all Exps,
Today, our Network used 3 types of NodeB; RBS 3418, RBS3206 and RBS 6000.
Which RBS 3418, I can get VSWR by command: lh ru fui get vswr.
Which RBS 3206, I can't do that. The error is as below:
3HN851> lh ru fui get vswr

111212-14:40:40 10.98.9.57 8.0d RBS_NODE_MODEL_M_1_8 stopfile=/tmp/16897
================================
$ lhsh 001200/port_0_dev_5 fui get vswr
0012p0d5: error. Type 'te log read' for more info
================================
$ lhsh 001200/port_4_dev_7 fui get vswr
0012p4d7: error. Type 'te log read' for more info
================================
$ lhsh 001200/port_8_dev_8 fui get vswr
0012p8d8: error. Type 'te log read' for more info

So that, why and how to fix this problem? Same question for RBS6000.
Thanks so much!:p

Addition, with RBS3206, we don't use any ASC or TMA, ...> Is it the reason that i can't collect the vswr of these sites?

Tell me what happen if you type "te log read" and what about current alarms? could you let me know background

did you try

Lhsh 001200/port_4_dev_8 fui get vswr

Hi,
Below are some results from VSWR checking.
Can anybody tell me which is the "norrmal" range of VSWR?

>>> Type "bp" to view available board-groups and "bp <group>" to view group contents.
=============================================================================================
$ lhsh 000100/port_0_dev_5 fui get vswr
0001p0d5: vswr: 19.4[dB]
=============================================================================================
$ lhsh 000100/port_1_dev_6 fui get vswr
0001p1d6: vswr: 19.6[dB]
=============================================================================================
$ lhsh 000100/port_2_dev_7 fui get vswr
0001p2d7: vswr: 25.4[dB]

Hi all,
To esoestemp: These value are the RL, you can caculute the VSWR through the formular: VSWR = (1+10^(-RL/20))/(1-10^(-RL/20)).The range of VSWR: Less than 1.3 is normal.
To tsiz: I tried but the result was same. In our network we don't have ASC in Antenna of RBS3206 so that I afraid that we can't get this value of this class.

Hi Mate,

That's correct. Without TMA/ASC you can't read the VSWR values.
You may check the block diagram in ALEX.

Hi Jamal and all,
Do you understand the method of DC resistance supervision?
