Hi Forum,
The operator I am working for just recently rolled-out its 3G network. We got 1 E/// RNC and 1 Huawei's as of now - still trial project.
Problem: When I initiate the call on E/// node-B and checks for handover to Huawei's sites, all the features working fine-both CS & PS.
But when I initiate the call on Huawei's RNC, the CS feature is working fine and the PS is always problematic(mostly drop).
I don't understand this?
What I checked from my end is the PathID and ChID used by E/// and Huawei differs as well. there I observed a set pattern in E/// PathID & ChID, but generated random for Huaweis network. Could that have an effect on the PS drop?
Please advice.... If any of the Optimizers working on multi vendor and facing such a problem.
