It is very easy to use:

It requires two CSV file to make the comparison (one before and another one for after the Migration)

just import the two CSV files to the tool and it will give you the differences between two files if there is any.

I'd like to know how to get 2 CSV files OR I have to edit them ??? I tried get csv from export OMC-R directory and import to this but unsuccessfull.

That Smart tool is outdated and has been replaced by the SmartCaro....i doubt if it will even work for B11
