How to send/receive SDS via AT commands (PEI) on ******** MTM800 or similar

i'd like to send & receive SDS via the PEI interface (PC -> RS232 -> MTM800).
an example of sequence of at commands is highly appreciated or a link to a manual i can read by myself.

These things are in ******** Development programm, you will have to apply for it with ******** in order to get it.

For those who might be interested i've found the entire sequence of AT commands (and related encoding/decoding) in order to send/receive SDS at the following link:

It's written in delphi but it's well commented.
....and without any need to apply to Moto Dev Program...
