Sorry I have no idea, someone else will have to answer this. I myself only use limited feature of this tool. Previous versions has lots of bug. The last version working well for me is mcom3g 1.2. I tried some simple feature of this new version, it is working for me.

Here's the template. For the relation, u can use either format. 03 is old & 04 is new. There is only 1 site in this template.
U can refer to the manual in MCOM installation for detail.

U want to import CDD? As I now there is no way to import directly CDD.xls to MCOM. But u have another way: fisrt u need to use NeXplorer ( another E// tools) to import the CDD printouts of your BSCs, then u create and save a model basing on that import. Now you can import that model to MCOM project. By doing that u can view all parameters of ur CDD.

There is a Manual with the installer. But old one for that matter. Some are already not use; like the inter system neighbor and layer neighbors... dont know how to do it!!!

There is a TEMS6_1.mex or TEMS6_1_WCDMA.mex file in the installed folder. C:\RnsToolsData\MCOM5.7\mex
It should be loaded to export logs to mif in TEMS, then import it into MCOM using TEMS DT data.

Correct me if I am wrong. Thought I never really use the feature,
cuz I think there are bugs.
