Dear Experts,
What does BTS clock state Free Oscillation mean?What is its impact on services?Should it be always running in locked mode?

There are three states of clock (sync)
1. Free Running mode :- when the BTS is not sync with any clock refrence.
2. Holdover mode :- When BTS is on internal clock
3. Locked Mode :- When BTS is in sync with external clock

Yah, it should always be running on the locked mode .
