i have tried making the Cell/Site Database but unfortunately i m having an Error when importing the Cell File?

Some column in your cell/site file cannot put "-". Like the lat/long and dir. Try to put blank or 0.

If you have E\\\ equipment so it's easy just use Nexplorer ( they already post it ) , Nexplorer and MCOM are working together , then you need only site data ( frequency and neighbours u can get them via nexplorer by importing **** files )
