Is it wise to use Access Classes for Drive Testing a network?
We are suspecting to provision our USIMs with only access class 15, then Barring access class 15 on cells we do not wish to drive test, but, allow access class 15 on the cells we wish to test.
We would use this in the case of turning up a new carrier, and wishing to not have public traffic on the carrier during optimization.
TS 25.304 section 5.3.1.2 seems to indicate that we might still camp on a cell where the access class is blocked. If that is the case, will cell-reselection occur after being rejected after the RRC Connection Request?
