Site with No 3G coverage

are there any possible causes other than HW failures, that might cause a site not to have coverage?

The equipment is ZTE..

No alarms, site is enabled, Trx status is fine..already audited the site DB..no discrepancies.

Have you checked the antenna or feeder ?
combiner or splitter can be faulty.
have you check the signal output from Node B ?

What's the exact symptom?
check the cell radius settings, it is most likely a hardware connection/failure caused issue, like antenna not connecting well, TMA failure if you have TMA ...
