Thanx bro, but it would be much more interesting if you have some tool that can convert Google to mapinfo format

you can use a program globalmapper.you can export tab or mif mid i didn't remember .After that you can open with mapinfo if is tab or import and save like tab if is mif

for the other one i believe that the alert is false i tried that program without problem. Time to time the symantec antivirus tried to remove part of the instalation kit

In mapinfo9 You have a tool(should be loaded) for seeing the map window in google earth directly
