low throughput while moving.

Dear Experts,

we have taken 3G icr, i've obsevered that the 3G provider is getting good throughput in a still location and while moving they are getting stable throughput, but whereas i am getting good throughput in a still location but when i am moving the throughput goes to 0,
and when i again come to still location throughput increases to 3000KB.

providers vender- ericcson,
and our's-Nokia.

Please help.

you'd better check whether the cell range is too small,and thus cause too many cell reselects. because when cell have changed, a RAU locating will take place ,so the data stream will bell paused.
