Hi dears,
kindly, if there is Handover failure due to TCH congestion, can recognize that by TEMS during Drive test. I heard that TEMS doesn't appear handover failure due to congestion.
Is that right?

there is handover failure due to congestion indeed, but the handover is determined by the BSC, if the target cell has a congestion, the handover will not excecute or cause a failure, and the mobile will return to the original channel.
so when you watch a handover failure in driving test, you can analyze the signaling, if handover command has been sent, but get a failure, then check the statistics of the target cell at the same time.

that is mean if there is Handover Failure in TEMS, then of course it is not due to TCH congestion, but may be due to another reasons. right? because TEMS can jsut see radio part not BSC level signaling.

Yes it can be due to other reasons. As hudiemiss sad, you have to check target cell's statistics to get more details. Also consider initiating RPMO to get more details for problematic cell (if operator has this feature).

sorry, what is RPMO, is it available in Huawei?

It's for E//. Never mind then :)
