Graphical representation in MapInfo GIS SW of you sites in the network, together with feature like HO relations, BCCH , TCH , LAC, BSC , and optional QoS feature. Someone will share the .mbx file so you will be have.
Uhuuh, please , not to forgot ... also is much good for someone to upload and sher the user guide file.
