hi
there is another useful simulator designed by Giuseppe prio for LTE scheduling with cross layer approach
it also contains some sample codes along with the simulator
http://telematics.poliba.it/images/file/piro/LTE-Sim_R_3_0.tar.gz (http://%20http://telematics.poliba.it/images/file/piro/LTE-Sim_R_3_0.tar.gz)
for the details about the simulator
http://telematics.poliba.it/publications/2010/TVT/PiroTVT2010.pdf
using the linux (ubuntu, fedora ..) we can download the simulator.
type it in the command prompt (with internet connection)
svn co http://telematics.poliba.it/svn/LTE-Sim (http://svn%20co%20http://telematics.poliba.it/svn/LTE-Sim/)/
we can study the performance of the different lte schedulers
regards
