Moshell-E*******

when i am trying to install Moshell for windows, it requests me to download this link
Step 10: Download the file http://utran01.au.ao.e*******.se/moshell/cygwin_install.txt
to
C:/Cygwin .

really, i couldn't install it. so if anyone has this file "cygwin_install.txt" or has complete Moshell file. please upload it
