use far manager + jdflasher
write script with XS++ 4.1 / phoneXS for linux / mac

as far as i know its very easy , Just click alternative option in settool when you are flashing !! :)

You can search in forum. There are many topics about it before.

As I know, you must downgrade CID to 52. After that, you can use Setool Lite version to flash TEMS.
I did flash one TEMS. It's successful. But my phone no need to downgrade CID ;)
