Excel Macro to Count unique records

Hi here's something useful
Attached is an excel macro,paste data which has duplicate values in Sheet1
Run the Macro
Boom you will get your result in sheet2 with details, how many times a record is repeated and also total no of unique records.(Considering 1 row to be Column names on sheet1).
