Friends,
I have excel sheet contains long, lat , RSCP
I calculated the percentage of the signal strength greater than or equal to
-85, it gives me 60%
but when I created a thematic map in MapInfo and calculate dthe same percentage for the same file it gives me 37%
Do you know the reason? and which ine is the right?
