This looks like a good book, worth buying I would say (yes, you can print e-books and bind them up ... but they end up 3 times the size and look half baked ... get your boss to buy it!). It focuses on UHF and VHF mobile radio comms but a lot of principles discussed are applicable to cellular :-
Mobile Radio Network Design in the VHF and UHF Bands: A Practical Approach
Original Post:- [Only registered and activated users can see links]
Link:- [Only registered and activated users can see links]
DC Power System Design for Telecommunications [Only registered and activated users can see links] [Only registered and activated users can see links]
Good general Elect Eng and Comms stuff:- Navy Electrical Engineering Training Series (NEETS) [Only registered and activated users can see links] link [Only registered and activated users can see links]
Credit goes to original posters.
[Only registered and activated users can see links] is a good site, one of the most visited web sites out there and it has just come back up after being taken down , this section is most applicable for everyone here [Only registered and activated users can see links]
These links are good for e-books, been mentioned here before but a reminder wont hurt:-

You can't go wrong with a good search on e-mule, there are a lot of comms eng books there ..
BR to all.
