Cause of Metal and Clicking Sound

Suppose Mobile User A call Mobile user B a call was connected and start to talk to each other but after a short time ONLY USER A started to here Clicling and Metal sound while in conversation.

please On which Mobile side the problem exist?

the problem in one site only or on large scale??
usually these problems comes from transcoders and above
in Huawei u can run the feature Noise detection to analyze the problem

The problem exist at different sites but connected to one Huawei BSC 6000, we are using a Web LMT as OMC and CME.

please show us how to do noise check?
