dBm<->Watt converter

I created a sample tool to convert power(W) to dBm and viceversa.

I hope that it is useful for someone.

I think covert between dBm and Watt very simple. Just use formula:
dBm = 10*log[P(w)*1000] or dBm = 10*log[P(w)] + 30
P(w) = {10^[P(dBm)/10]}/1000 = 10^[(P(dBm) - 30)/10]
Input formula to excel and perform convert between them easily.
